Safety Guidelines

We want to continue to bring you the service and care you need, even if it may look a little different than it has in the past. It really can't be said enough, your health, and the health of our employees, is our top priority. That said, this is what we are currently doing to ensure a clinic environment that is safe for everyone:

  • Our staff is practicing greater physical distancing, and we’re kindly requesting the same of our patients and visitors as they await appointments in our office.

  • We ask that only patients enter the office unless the patient requires the assistance of another adult. All other companions are kindly asked to wait in their vehicles.

  • As a courtesy to all of our patients and staff, per the CDC guidelines, we ask that you wear a mask during your visit. A scarf or bandana will suffice if you do not have a mask available. All of our staff will be wearing masks at all times.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT COME TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IF:

  • In the last two weeks you have had a fever, cough, sore throat, a loss of smell/taste or have experienced other cold symptoms.

  • You have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 or has received a presumptive positive COVID-19 test result in the last 30 days.

  • We thank all of you for your loyalty and support in these difficult times as we continue to care for you.
